JAZZ

Beginning with foundational movement, coordination, and rhythm at First Steps, dancers progress through graded levels, building technical skills, performance quality, and versatility. DANCE
Our Acro Dance classes at Momentum School of Dance follow the IDTA syllabus from First Steps to Advanced level, providing a structured and progressive approach to acrobatic technique. Dancers will develop strength, flexibility, balance, and control while mastering key skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, and more. To further enhance training, we incorporate Acrobatic Arts techniques, ensuring a well-rounded curriculum that focuses on safe progressions and artistic performance.
